Journey, Night Ranger, Ex-Whitesnake Members Form New Rock Supergroup

Featuring the percussion power behind Journey, the guitar playing which up until most recent identified Whitesnake, and the bass lines and lead vocals of Night Ranger, a new band has been formed and is currently recording their debut studio album. Earlier this week, it was confirmed that drummer Deen Castronovo, guitarist Doug Aldrich and bassist/vocalist Jack Blades had joined forces and are working on a debut album due later next year on Frontiers Records.

Steve Perry Not Planning Any Return to Journey

To strong acclaim from dedicated Journey followers, former lead vocalist Steve Perry recently reemerged from his public hiatus with his first live appearance in more than nineteen years earlier last week. Perry gave a surprise performance with alternative/folk rock group Eels, where he performed the classic Journey songs “Open Arms” and “Lovin’ Touchin’ Squeezin'” alongside a selection by Eels, titled “It’s a Motherfu*ker.”

The former Journey lead vocalist is back with his new solo album ‘Dreaming in Tongues.’ Robert Fleischman has been boldly reshaping the rock and roll scene ever since the late 70’s. Making his musical debut with a short stint as front man for the now legendary classic rock band Journey, Robert played a significant role in writing such iconic songs as “Wheel In The Sky” and “Winds Of March”, off of their album ‘Infinity’.
